The mission is to deliver high quality and trusted journalism, products and services that enrich the communities it serves — readers, commercial partners, employees and investors.

As the Marketing Manager at GateHouse Media, I managed large projects with a wide range of diverse obstacles and deadlines. Working closely with their digital team, I introduced the latest platforms of social media and managed promotional campaigns. Whether it was internal products, planning large-scale events, meeting with local community leaders or working hand-in-hand with the Chamber of Commerce – it was my responsibility to garner a positive reputation that represents GateHouse Media and The Canton Repository.

While working with GateHouse Media, I sponsored the Stark County Fair, Pro Football Hall of Fame Grand Parade, The Canton Symphony Orchestra, The Canton Player’s Guild, the Canton Museum of Art, Arts in Stark and many, many more nonprofit organizations that depend on GateHouse Media yearly.

At the core, GateHouse Media is a content company, aiming to create and present engagment, enterprising content to our 12 million weekly readers in 24 states.

GateHouse publishes 620 community and business publications, including 125 daily newspapers, along with over 530+ local affiliated websites.
